Production Time: Multiple inflatable units typically take 15–30 business days to produce, depending on order size and customization.
Shipping Time: Ocean freight adds 20–40 days, depending on your location worldwide.
Additional Time: Payment processing, shipment booking, and customs clearance may extend total delivery to up to 3 months or longer.
That’s why we always advise our customers to plan their purchases at least three months in advance of their events.

Accepted Methods: We accept direct wire transfers via debit or credit card. Contact us for additional options.
Payment Terms: 50% deposit before production, with the balance due before shipping.
For smaller orders (under $3,000 USD), full payment upfront may reduce transaction fees.

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We strictly follow and exceed various international safety standards, including European EN14960, American ASTM F2374, and Australian AS3533. We insist on using high-quality materials and conduct comprehensive quality inspections to ensure that every product is safe and reliable. EN14960 certificates can be provided upon your request.

The most cost-effective shipping method for inflatable products is ocean freight. We offer flexible shipping options via ocean freight:
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We deliver to your seaport, including insurance.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We manage everything, including customs clearance and doorstep delivery.
Alternatively, use your own freight forwarder:
FOB (Free on Board): Arrange pickup from our seaport.
EXW (Ex Works): Pick up directly from our warehouse.
For customs clearance, you can rely on your freight forwarder or hire a separate customs broker.

DDP: All fees (shipping, duties, customs) are included in our quote.
CIF: Our quote covers delivery to your seaport; you’ll handle destination fees and customs duties (ranging from hundreds to over $1,000 USD, depending on order value).
FOB/EXW: Contact your freight forwarder for a full cost estimate.

Every inflatable unit includes:
A storage bag
CE/UL/GS-certified air blower(s)
A patch kit (glue, PVC materials, etc.)
