Which payment methods do you take? What about the payment term?

We accept direct wire transfer via debit card, credit card, Wise (TransferWise), Western Union, and MoneyGram. The payment term is 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipping. If your order is urgent or less than US $3000, you may want to make full payment in advance to save both time and cost incurred.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

The commercial inflatables are made to order. The production time for an order of several units is generally 15 – 25 working days. Ocean freight usually takes around 20 – 40 days depending on your location. Take into account the time on payment processing, shipment booking, customs clearance, etc, it’s best to plan your purchase 3 months in advance.

How do I deal with shipping and customs clearance?

The most common and cheapest shipping method for several inflatable units is ocean freight. You can either use your own freight forwarder (FOB term), or let us arrange it using our forwarder (CIF term). As to customs clearance, you will need to get a local customs broker to handle it for you.

Are there extra costs for my import apart from the shipping fee you quote?

Apart from the shipping fee we quote, importers will need to pay destination charges and import duties, when the cargos arrive at the destination port. These may add up to a few hundred US $. However, these fees are not collected by us, but by your local carrier.

Can you change the shape, size, color or printing based on the original design?

Yes, and OEM is accepted. Just tell us your requirements. We are here to fulfill your inflatable needs.

What accessories come with the inflatables?

The package mainly includes the inflatable unit, storage bag, CE/UL/GS approved air blower(s) and repair kit.

Ordering Process

Getting your inflatables from us is quite straightforward:

  1. Placing the order:
    a) Specify the units and order quantity you need with any requirement if you have.
    b) We will quote you the product prices and a corresponding shipping fee.
    c) If you confirm the order, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with payment conditions.
  2. We will start production as soon as we receive your initial payment (50% deposit).
  3. When the production is done, we will set up the inflatables and send you photos for confirmation and ask if any modification is required.
  4. We will arrange shipping when we receive your balance payment.
  5. Now your order is on the way and we will guide you through the import process.

Product Quality

Our inflatable products are made by industry leading 18oz (0.55mm) PVC coated vinyl. Our materials are flame retardant, water resistant, lead free and UV protected to withstand up to 120 degrees in temperature. The materials have passed BS5852 certification for the UK, and are compliant with ASTM requirements in the USA, and Australian safety standards AS3533. More specific details about our materials are available upon request. All our inflatable games are at least double stitched and quadruple stitched where required for strength and durability.
